Community Hall Funding
Beaver County recognizes the important role that rural community halls play in bringing residents together. To help with increasing operating costs, the County provides financial assistance to eligible community hall organizations.
Who Can Apply?
Any active rural community hall organization located within Beaver County is eligible for funding. A community hall is considered active if it will purchase utilities and insurance in the year of the funding application.
Types of Support
Eligible organizations can apply for:
- Insurance Assistance – Up to $1,500 per year to help cover property and liability insurance costs.
- Utility Assistance – Up to $1,500 per year for utilities such as electricity, heating, water, sewer, waste collection, and telecommunications.
- Access/Parking Lot Gravelling – The County may provide gravel for access roads or parking lots, subject to availability and operational scheduling. Once a hall has received gravelling, future requests will be considered as needed.
