Black Nugget Lake Observatory Open House
You’re Invited!
The Royal Astronomical Society of Canada (RASC) Edmonton Centre is excited to invite you to the Black Nugget Lake Observatory (BNLO) Open House! In celebration of the observatory facility's first anniversary, they welcome guests to explore this incredible facility and see the powerful Unyk-Drew Telescope with its 32-inch mirror. Weather permitting, you can even catch a view through the telescope!
Join RASC for a special evening of astronomy during the 2024 Northern Prairie Star Party (NPSP):

Volunteers from the RASC Edmonton Centre will be on hand to guide guests through the observatory and answer astronomy questions.
