Beaver County offers a call answer service which allows you to contact the County 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to report a problem, or simply to leave a message for someone.
In an emergency situation requiring Fire, Ambulance or Police, please call 9-1-1.
However, if it is an emergency or serious situation involving roads, drainage, bridges, signage, animal control, or other County service, please call 1-866-663-1333 or 780-663-3730. The operator will take all the details from you. If it is an emergency situation, you can almost always expect a call back regardless of time of day.
A County emergency is usually considered to be a situation where there is an imminent danger to people or property involving the County's infrastructure. Examples include: a stop sign which has been knocked over, water crossing a County road making it dangerous, etc.
If it is a non-emergency situation, we will try to address the matter on the next business day.
We are always trying to improve our service, and your feedback is important to us. If you have any questions, please contact us using one of the options below.
